My Story

I’m Charles Taylor - Your Hampton Roads Super Agent.

I’m a real estate professional serving Hampton Roads, including Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and the surrounding areas. I look at real estate less like “sales” and more like consulting. My goal is to help you understand your options, make smart decisions, and feel confident from start to finish.

Whether you’re buying your first home, selling, relocating, or looking at real estate from an investment angle, I’m here to break the process down in real language without making your brain do gymnastics. Real estate already comes with enough paperwork, pressure, and plot twists. My job is to bring clarity, strategy, and calm to the table.

Through my brand, Meant To Close, I bring honesty, humor, hustle, and heart to every client relationship. I believe people deserve guidance they can actually understand, communication they can count on, and a real estate professional who treats their goals like they matter, because they do.

A little about me beyond real estate: I’m originally from Lake County, Illinois, and I graduated from Churchland High School, Class of 2009. I’m the eldest of four siblings, a proud uncle, a Chicago Bears fan through and through, and a lover of cars, trucks, and motorcycles. I’m big on personal growth, staying active, building better systems, and finding ways to keep leveling up in business and life.

I’m also someone who values quality time deeply. That shows up in how I work with people. I don’t want clients feeling rushed, confused, or left in the dark. I want them to feel educated, protected, and supported every step of the way.

At the end of the day, real estate is not just about closing deals. It’s about making moves that matter, creating stability, building wealth, and helping people step into the next chapter with confidence.
